Terms of Use

Agreement to these terms

By downloading or using inkoo, Car Identifier, Cellar Ledger, Rep Counter, Movie Picker, FocusTimer, Expense Tracker, or ISS Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are between you and Digital Doctor Ltd (Company No. 12127450), registered in England and Wales.

What our apps do

inkoo is an iOS application that uses Claude AI by Anthropic to help you improve written text. You submit text, the app returns a polished version with analysis scores, and you decide whether to use the result. The output is a suggestion, not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any text before you use it. inkoo works best with shorter pieces of writing such as cover letters, emails, bios, and essays. Very long texts may be limited or rejected by the app.

Car Identifier is an iOS application that identifies the make, model, and approximate year of a vehicle from a photo you take or choose. The identification is generated by third-party AI services and is a best-effort suggestion, not a guarantee of accuracy. You are responsible for verifying any result before relying on it. Free use is limited to a small number of identifications; ongoing use requires an active subscription, which is itself subject to a fair daily usage limit described in our Privacy Policy.

Cellar Ledger is an iOS application that helps you track and value your wine cellar. The wines you add, along with their details, purchase prices, locations, ratings, and tasting notes, are stored locally on your device. When you request detailed information about a wine (region, grape, food pairings, drinking window, estimated value), the response is generated by Claude AI by Anthropic and is a best-effort suggestion, not a guarantee of accuracy. You are responsible for verifying any result before relying on it. Cataloging your cellar, which covers adding, editing, searching and organising wines and keeping your tasting log, is free and unlimited, and is never capped by the size of your collection. On-demand wine detail lookups are limited on the free tier; unlimited lookups require Cellar Ledger Pro.

Rep Counter is an iOS application that helps you track gym workouts. You log sets, reps, and rest periods as you exercise, and the app stores your session history and shows your most recent session on a home screen widget. All workout data stays on your device; Rep Counter has no backend server. Counting itself is never gated, and your first five completed sessions are free of every restriction; beyond that, your full session history, custom exercise names, and a custom rest duration are available through an optional one-time Pro unlock.

Movie Picker is an iOS application that helps you, and optionally a group of friends, choose a film to watch. You swipe through films sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB), filtered by genre, decade, rating, and streaming service, to build a personal watchlist. In a Group Session, participants join using a shared 4-digit code and swipe through the same films; the app shows which films everyone agreed on once all participants have finished. Group Session data, including the display name you choose and your film selections, is stored in a shared database and is not private to your group. See our Privacy Policy for details. Film details and streaming availability are supplied by TMDB and JustWatch and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Movie Picker is currently free to use and does not offer any in-app purchases.

FocusTimer is an iOS application that helps you focus using a flexible, Pomodoro-style timer. You write down what's pulling at your attention, pick one thing, and start a session; your tasks, sessions, and streaks are stored locally on your device, in a shared container that also allows the app's widgets and Live Activity to display your current session. FocusTimer has no backend server. Presence (Live Activity, Dynamic Island, and widgets), Patterns (a readout of your session history), and Sound (room tones and a choice of end chime) are available through an optional Pro subscription or one-time purchase; the core timer, brain dump, streaks, and full session history are free.

Expense Tracker is an iOS application that helps you log and review your spending. The expenses you enter are stored locally on your device, in a shared container that also allows the app's widget to display your data. Expense Tracker has no backend server and does not use AI to read or categorise your entries. Unlimited manual logging, the default categories, and browsing, editing and deleting your own spending history are free forever; advanced reports, unlimited custom categories, extra themes, the home screen widget, and CSV export are available through an optional Pro subscription or one-time purchase.

ISS Tracker is an iOS application that shows you the current position of the International Space Station and other satellites, and when they'll be visible from where you are. Orbital data is sourced from CelesTrak, a public satellite-tracking service, and may be incomplete or delayed. If you allow location access, your approximate location is used on your device to calculate pass visibility and timing; it is never transmitted anywhere. Pass predictions, notifications, and the live map are free forever; the 3D globe, education library, multi-satellite tracking, pass brightness, and widgets are available through an optional one-time purchase.

First Pressing is an iOS application for cataloguing a vinyl record collection. You search for records using the Discogs API, or scan a barcode using your device's camera, and add them to your collection with their pressing details, condition grade, and your own notes. If you connect your Discogs account, you can import and sync the collection you already hold there. Record data and cover art are supplied by Discogs and may be incomplete or inaccurate; this application uses Discogs' API but is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Discogs, and "Discogs" is a trademark of Zink Media, LLC. Your collection is stored locally on your device, in a shared container that also allows the app's home screen widget to display it. Cataloguing is free and is never limited by collection size, as are Discogs search, import, sync, and pressing detail; the value ledger, listening log and stats, the After Hours theme, home screen widgets, and CSV export are available through an optional annual subscription or one-time lifetime purchase. Any valuations shown are figures you enter yourself. First Pressing does not provide market valuations or price estimates, and nothing in the app should be relied on for insurance or resale purposes.

Houseplant SOS is an iOS application that diagnoses houseplant pests and diseases from a photo you take. The photo is sent to Kindwise's plant.health API to generate a ranked differential diagnosis, a best-effort suggestion rather than a guarantee of accuracy, which you are responsible for confirming yourself before starting treatment. The app then runs a dated re-treatment schedule and an objective cured/not-cured trend, scored from photos you take as treatment progresses. Any treatment guidance shown describes general treatment classes only and is not a recommendation of a specific pesticide product, brand, dose, or application rate; always follow the label instructions on any product you choose to use. Your first plant case is tracked free, start to cured: the diagnosis, the ranked differential, the full treatment protocol, the reminder schedule, and the cured/not-cured trend verdict. A second concurrent active case, relapse history, and the multi-plant quarantine map are available through an optional Pro subscription.

Cairn is a UK debt payoff planner. You add your debts (credit cards, personal loans, overdrafts, Buy Now Pay Later instalments, and student loans) and the app computes your debt-free date from each debt's actual terms. You choose how your debts are worked through: smallest balance first, highest interest rate first, or your own order. Cairn computes the consequences of your own choice; it does not recommend a method, a default order, or any course of action, and does not provide debt advice. If you need free, regulated debt advice, contact MoneyHelper, StepChange, or National Debtline. All debt data is stored locally on your device; Cairn has no backend server, no user accounts, and no bank connection. Unlimited debts, every debt type, monthly balance updates, your chosen order, and your debt-free date and progress are free forever; the what-if simulator, side-by-side order comparison, 90-day instalment calendar, household sharing via Family Sharing, monthly re-forecast, and paid-off archive are available through an optional Pro subscription, household plan, or one-time Lifetime purchase, with a 21-day free trial.

Puffball is an iOS and Android endless runner where your character inflates as you collect coins: growth is a pure penalty, making jumps floatier and the hitbox larger the longer a run goes. Your high scores, run count, unlocked cosmetics, and settings are stored locally on your device; Puffball has no backend server. Puffball is currently free to use, shows no ads, and does not offer any in-app purchases.

Deep Sea Salvage is an iOS and Android idle salvage game where you manage automated rigs that recover wreckage from the ocean floor while you're away. Your salvage balance, generators, upgrades, and settings are stored locally on your device; Deep Sea Salvage is otherwise fully offline, with no accounts, no multiplayer, and no backend server. One optional rewarded-video ad, shown only if you choose to watch one, uses Google's AdMob SDK to extend your offline dive time and grant a temporary boost. Deep Sea Salvage also offers two optional one-time purchases: Remove Ads, and a Permanent Idle Boost.

Dusk Chorus is an iOS and Android arcade puzzle game about steering a flock of birds you never touch. You control a shadow, a predator: press and the flock recoils away from it, release and it coasts on its own momentum, and the goal is to get enough of the flock into the roost before the sky goes dark. It has thirty levels across five chapters, plus one daily level generated from the date and shared by every player. Your progress and settings are stored locally on your device; Dusk Chorus has no accounts, no leaderboards, and no backend server. Optional rewarded-video ads, which you start yourself and which never interrupt a run, use Google's AdMob SDK, and occasional full-screen ads appear between chapters only, never after a loss. Dusk Chorus also offers one optional one-time purchase, Quiet Skies, which removes all ads and changes nothing else. Every chapter and every daily level is free.

Verglas is an iOS and Android puzzle game about growing ice. You never draw the path. You place cold and warm modifiers on a pane of glass, and when you release the freeze a deterministic growth simulation decides where the crystal actually goes and which targets it reaches within a fixed mass budget. Every crystal you finish is kept, and a new pane arrives each morning, the same one for every player, with a streak for coming back. Your progress and settings are stored locally on your device; Verglas has no accounts, no leaderboards, and no backend server. An optional rewarded-video ad is offered after a board you did not solve, and a full-screen ad appears after every fifth board you complete, never after a failure and never on the daily board. Both use Google's AdMob SDK. Verglas sells nothing: this version has no in-app purchases, and every board is playable without paying.

Bramblewick is an iOS and Android daily puzzle game. Every garden is generated by deterministic plant growth and verified by an exact-cover solver before it ships, so every garden always has at least one solution. Today's garden is one shared daily puzzle; Practice is a free, offline difficulty ladder. Your puzzle progress, streak, and settings are stored locally on your device; Bramblewick has no backend server, no user accounts, and makes no network calls. Bramblewick is currently free to use, shows no ads, and does not offer any in-app purchases.

Licence

Digital Doctor Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of an app, reverse engineer it, or attempt to extract its source code.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes. You must not submit text or images that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that infringe the rights of any third party. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent the security of an app or its backend infrastructure.

Our apps apply fair use limits on the number of requests that may be made within a given time period. These limits are designed to ensure a consistent experience for all users and to prevent automated or excessive use of the service. You must not use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to make requests beyond normal human usage patterns.

Purchases and refunds

inkoo offers an annual subscription and a lifetime licence. Car Identifier offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. Cellar Ledger offers an annual subscription and a lifetime purchase. Rep Counter offers a one-time unlock. FocusTimer and Expense Tracker each offer a one-time lifetime purchase. First Pressing offers an annual subscription and a lifetime purchase. Houseplant SOS offers monthly and annual subscriptions. ISS Tracker offers a one-time purchase. Cairn offers monthly and annual subscriptions, a household plan, and a lifetime purchase, with a 21-day free trial. Deep Sea Salvage offers two one-time purchases: Remove Ads and a Permanent Idle Boost. Dusk Chorus offers one one-time purchase: Quiet Skies, which removes ads. Movie Picker, Puffball, Bramblewick, and Verglas do not currently offer any in-app purchases. Where an app offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple through the App Store. Purchase and subscription status for inkoo, Car Identifier, Cellar Ledger, Rep Counter, FocusTimer, Expense Tracker, First Pressing, Houseplant SOS, Cairn, and ISS Tracker is verified via RevenueCat; Deep Sea Salvage's and Dusk Chorus's one-time purchases are verified directly with Apple, or with Google Play on Android, without RevenueCat. Payments are charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Digital Doctor Ltd does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.

AI-generated content

inkoo uses Claude AI by Anthropic to generate polished text and writing scores. Car Identifier uses Google Cloud Vision and OpenAI's GPT-4o to generate vehicle identifications. Cellar Ledger uses Claude AI by Anthropic to generate wine details. Houseplant SOS uses Kindwise's plant.health API to generate plant pest and disease diagnoses. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content or result before use. Digital Doctor Ltd is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated output.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that an app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved from using it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Doctor Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our apps. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of an app shall not exceed the amount you paid for that app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to the apps and these terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our apps at any time without notice. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of an app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
