Agreement to these terms

By downloading or using inkoo, Car Identifier, Cellar Ledger, Rep Counter, Movie Picker, FocusTimer, Expense Tracker, or ISS Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are between you and Digital Doctor Ltd (Company No. 12127450), registered in England and Wales.

What our apps do

inkoo is an iOS application that uses Claude AI by Anthropic to help you improve written text. You submit text, the app returns a polished version with analysis scores, and you decide whether to use the result. The output is a suggestion, not a guarantee — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any text before you use it. inkoo works best with shorter pieces of writing such as cover letters, emails, bios, and essays. Very long texts may be limited or rejected by the app.

Car Identifier is an iOS application that identifies the make, model, and approximate year of a vehicle from a photo you take or choose. The identification is generated by third-party AI services and is a best-effort suggestion, not a guarantee of accuracy — you are responsible for verifying any result before relying on it. Free use is limited to a small number of identifications; ongoing use requires an active subscription, which is itself subject to a fair daily usage limit described in our Privacy Policy.

Cellar Ledger is an iOS application that helps you track and value your wine cellar. The wines you add, along with their details, purchase prices, locations, ratings, and tasting notes, are stored locally on your device. When you request detailed information about a wine — region, grape, food pairings, drinking window, estimated value — the response is generated by Claude AI by Anthropic and is a best-effort suggestion, not a guarantee of accuracy — you are responsible for verifying any result before relying on it. Cataloging your cellar — adding, editing, searching and organising wines, and keeping your tasting log — is free and unlimited, and is never capped by the size of your collection. On-demand wine detail lookups are limited on the free tier; unlimited lookups require Cellar Ledger Pro.

Rep Counter is an iOS application that helps you track gym workouts. You log sets, reps, and rest periods as you exercise, and the app stores your session history and shows your most recent session on a home screen widget. All workout data stays on your device; Rep Counter has no backend server.

Movie Picker is an iOS application that helps you, and optionally a group of friends, choose a film to watch. You swipe through films sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB), filtered by genre, decade, rating, and streaming service, to build a personal watchlist. In a Group Session, participants join using a shared 4-digit code and swipe through the same films; the app shows which films everyone agreed on once all participants have finished. Group Session data, including the display name you choose and your film selections, is stored in a shared database and is not private to your group — see our Privacy Policy for details. Film details and streaming availability are supplied by TMDB and JustWatch and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Movie Picker is currently free to use and does not offer any in-app purchases.

FocusTimer is an iOS application that helps you focus using a flexible, Pomodoro-style timer. You write down what's pulling at your attention, pick one thing, and start a session; your tasks, sessions, and streaks are stored locally on your device, in a shared container that also allows the app's widgets and Live Activity to display your current session. FocusTimer has no backend server. Presence (Live Activity, Dynamic Island, and widgets), Patterns (a readout of your session history), and Sound (room tones and a choice of end chime) are available through an optional Pro subscription or one-time purchase; the core timer, brain dump, streaks, and full session history are free.

Expense Tracker is an iOS application that helps you log and review your spending. The expenses you enter are stored locally on your device, in a shared container that also allows the app's widget to display your data. Expense Tracker has no backend server and does not use AI to read or categorise your entries. Unlimited manual logging, the default categories, and browsing, editing and deleting your own spending history are free forever; advanced reports, unlimited custom categories, extra themes, the home screen widget, and CSV export are available through an optional Pro subscription or one-time purchase.

ISS Tracker is an iOS application that shows you the current position of the International Space Station and other satellites, and when they'll be visible from where you are. Orbital data is sourced from CelesTrak, a public satellite-tracking service, and may be incomplete or delayed. If you allow location access, your approximate location is used on your device to calculate pass visibility and timing; it is never transmitted anywhere. ISS Tracker is currently free to use and does not offer any in-app purchases.

First Pressing is an iOS application for cataloguing a vinyl record collection. You search for records using the Discogs API, or scan a barcode using your device's camera, and add them to your collection with their pressing details, condition grade, and your own notes. If you connect your Discogs account, you can import and sync the collection you already hold there. Record data and cover art are supplied by Discogs and may be incomplete or inaccurate; this application uses Discogs' API but is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Discogs, and "Discogs" is a trademark of Zink Media, LLC. Your collection is stored locally on your device, in a shared container that also allows the app's home screen widget to display it. Cataloguing is free and is never limited by collection size, as are Discogs search, import, sync, and pressing detail; the value ledger, listening log and stats, the After Hours theme, home screen widgets, and CSV export are available through an optional annual subscription or one-time lifetime purchase. Any valuations shown are figures you enter yourself — First Pressing does not provide market valuations or price estimates, and nothing in the app should be relied on for insurance or resale purposes.

Licence

Digital Doctor Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of an app, reverse engineer it, or attempt to extract its source code.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes. You must not submit text or images that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that infringe the rights of any third party. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent the security of an app or its backend infrastructure.

Our apps apply fair use limits on the number of requests that may be made within a given time period. These limits are designed to ensure a consistent experience for all users and to prevent automated or excessive use of the service. You must not use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to make requests beyond normal human usage patterns.

Purchases and refunds

inkoo offers in-app purchases including monthly subscriptions, an annual subscription, and a lifetime licence. Car Identifier offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. Cellar Ledger offers an annual subscription and a lifetime purchase. Rep Counter offers monthly and annual subscriptions. FocusTimer and Expense Tracker offer monthly and annual subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. First Pressing offers an annual subscription and a lifetime purchase. Movie Picker and ISS Tracker do not currently offer any in-app purchases. Where an app offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple through the App Store, with subscription status verified via RevenueCat. Payments are charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Digital Doctor Ltd does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.

AI-generated content

inkoo uses Claude AI by Anthropic to generate polished text and writing scores. Car Identifier uses Google Cloud Vision and OpenAI's GPT-4o to generate vehicle identifications. Cellar Ledger uses Claude AI by Anthropic to generate wine details. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content or result before use. Digital Doctor Ltd is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated output.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that an app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved from using it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Doctor Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our apps. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of an app shall not exceed the amount you paid for that app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to the apps and these terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our apps at any time without notice. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of an app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
